Revamping this page…

Brief history:

Two of my friends are (were) doing a science project on evolution (within species) and how various factors affected the rate of mutation etc…

After trying two use visual basic, they then asked me two knock something up for them in flash. After a few days (spread over a few weeks) we came with THIS

The project’s GUI is disgusting but it works. Now I understand why all the till interfaces are so ugly.

The results that my friends gathered were pretty much exactly what they hypothesized which makes me think whether or not they really needed this app or not…

Working on this project was a great experience and I hope that I’ll have a lot more opportunities like this in the future (this was done for free by the way).

The science fair still has a while left so stay tuned for their results!

Ninja Update: They won some side prize, but it does include an all expenses paid trip to dunedin… (Yes I SHOULD’ve posted this earlier but *rollseyes*)
